Our aim...
is to create a fun relationship between puppy, dog and owner using force free, reward-based, positive methods for both pet dogs and gundogs. Understanding and working with the dog in front of you is key. We concentrate on dealing with real-life challenges. Our gundog classes cater for those who are keen to work in the field or compete in trials and working tests, and also for those who simply want their dog to enjoy the structure and stimulation of the discipline to suit their breeding

Head Trainer - Mandy Bloomfield
I have been dog training since 2007 and founded Field and Fido in 2016. What I love most about my job is helping dog owners build a strong bond with their dogs. My passion is gundog training, which developed as I trained my first Lab, Monty. I have three Labradors and two working cockers, all of which I work on shoots. I also enter the odd working test.
I am committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development and am required to complete this as an accredited instructor for the GTA and a registered member of the Animal Behaviour and Training Council.
