Having done Field & Fido's Puppy Training course twice with two different dogs, I can thoroughly recommend it. Mandy takes a structured approach to teaching your pup the basics of recall, lead training, impulse control etc. backed up with written notes to refer to at home. The emphasis is very much on positive reinforcement with clarity, treats and play. The course really trains you, the owner, on how to connect with your dog and encourage good habits.

The environment is beautiful, the classes are fun and easy-going and it doesn't matter if your dog is the class clown, the noisy one or the best in show, there's room for them all. Mandy is a fount of knowledge when it comes to puppies and throughout the course you also pick up hints and tips on getting the best from your dog by persuading them to ignore horse poo, not be spooked by foreign objects, be brave with new people etc., all of which are reassuring and valuable. 

I feel far more confident in training and playing with my dogs as a result of Mandy's course and even though my first dog is 3.5 years now, we still use those learnings on a daily basis
