Puppy Training
Our puppy sessions explain how dogs learn and offer strategies to avoid unwanted behaviours. They focus on acknowledging and reinforcing good choices made by the puppy with a reward-based, force-free training approach. Using clicker training techniques, strong foundations are set to support real-life situations. These classes also build the foundations for any future gundog training.
Puppy Training and Socialisation Course
A 6 week course for puppies aged between 12 weeks and 6 months old. Maximum 8 per class. Prepare your puppy for the real world. Learn through fun games and exercises focusing on recall, loose lead walking, heeling, impulse control as well as sit, stay, down, all using reward based methods. Gentle socialisation play will be guided. Class and individual discussions encouraged, and time for Q&A .

Puppy Consultation
These are for puppies settling into their new homes. The virtual sessions work well, giving the opportunity to have questions answered, receive advice, and to begin the training journey, all in the safety of your own home. These virtual sessions last for one hour. It is recommended to schedule a puppy consultation about a week after your puppy's arrival, when you are likely to have many questions.
One to one sessions
For puppies aged 12 weeks and older, when they are fully vaccinated. These in-person sessions will take place in the secure training field at Farley Green. The focus will be on puppy foundations and specific targeted areas, learning through fun games and exercises using reward-based methods.
